Shipping policy

Free UK delivery

Every order ships free to anywhere in the United Kingdom. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Delivery times

Orders usually arrive within 5–10 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods.

Christmas

To receive your order before Christmas, please order by 8 December. Orders placed after this date are still sent as quickly as possible, but we can't guarantee delivery before Christmas.

Late or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for a few days, or your parcel hasn't arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at hello@allouria.com or via our Contact page with your order number and we'll look into it straight away.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is sent.
