Faulty, damaged or wrong item
We hope you love your silk pillowcases. If something isn't right with your order, please email hello@allouria.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We'll look into each case individually and get back to you with the next steps.
Changed your mind?
Under UK law, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Because pillowcases are a hygiene item, this only applies to items that are unopened and still in their original sealed packaging.
To cancel, email hello@allouria.com within those 14 days with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Return postage is paid by you, and once your return arrives back unopened we'll refund you within 14 days.
